With the BEAT x ARTIST VOL. 1 SERIES, we aim to bridge the divide between music and visual art in the light of service. Born and raised in Seoul, Korea and residing in New York, Yoon Hyup is an artist who has made a success transition from his street and skate culture roots to developing a visual language consisting of abstracted cloud and maze like patterns. His bold gestural lines interweave traditional Korean cultural aesthetics with his current urban surroundings creating a contemporary visual narrative.
