Beat Rockers: Using Beatboxing as a Tool for Speech Therapy

Launched in 2010 at the Lavelle School for the Blind in the Bronx, Beat Rockers is a music, self-expression program that uses the art of beatboxing as the central tool for creation. We are further exploring the connection between beatboxing and speech, specifically, how beatboxing may be used as a tool for speech therapy.
